I have a copy of John and Amanda's marriage certificate. They were married on Sat. Nov. 27, 1858 in New Jersey by Wm. Pike, Pastor of Canton Baptist Church. It also says that Jhon Shimp was from Quintons Bridge and Amanda Kline was from Harmersville.
